El Origen de AMIGSS: Un Legado de Cooperaci\u00f3n y Solidaridad<\/h3>

El 1 de diciembre de 1954 marc\u00f3 un hito en la historia del mutualismo en Guatemala. Ese d\u00eda, por iniciativa de tres visionarios trabajadores del Instituto Guatemalteco de Seguridad Social (IGSS)<\/strong>, naci\u00f3 la Asociaci\u00f3n Mutualista de Empleados del Instituto Guatemalteco de Seguridad Social (AMIGSS)<\/strong>, una organizaci\u00f3n cimentada en los valores de cooperaci\u00f3n, solidaridad, protecci\u00f3n y uni\u00f3n.<\/p>

Los se\u00f1ores Guillermo Estrada Escobedo, Carlos Augusto Guzm\u00e1n Monasterio y Miguel \u00c1ngel Luna de Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, con un profundo compromiso hacia sus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, comprendieron la importancia de contar con un respaldo mutuo en tiempos dif\u00edciles. Unidos por un ideal com\u00fan, dieron el primer paso para convertir en realidad lo que en ese entonces parec\u00eda un sue\u00f1o: crear una organizaci\u00f3n que brindara apoyo y seguridad a los empleados del IGSS.<\/p>

Con esfuerzo y determinaci\u00f3n, los fundadores de AMIGSS establecieron el Comit\u00e9 Preparatorio, sentando las bases legales de la Asociaci\u00f3n, que fue oficializada mediante Acuerdo Gubernativo de fecha 01 de diciembre de 1954. Su visi\u00f3n perdura hasta hoy, brindando apoyo y bienestar a generaciones de empleados del IGSS\u00a0y\u00a0sus\u00a0familias.<\/p>

AMIGSS es una entidad no lucrativa, apol\u00edtica, con personalidad jur\u00eddica, reconocida por el Acuerdo Gubernativo del 01 de diciembre de 1954<\/strong> y se rige por sus Estatutos, Acuerdos y Reglamentos emanados de su Junta Directiva.
